Back by popular demand, International Type expert, Susan Nash, headlines our annual special event in February.

In the first half of the program, Susan will present Exploring Whole Type Patterns

  • Learn to describe your Type Profile based around Temperaments, Cognitive Processes and Interaction Style, including the hierarchy of processes following the Beebe Archetype framework.
  • Expore and understand the inherent Complements and potential Conflicts with your Type Profile.
  • Gain an understanding of how the multiple type lenses contribute different facets to individual performance, and be better able to self-manage performance as a result.
  • Obtain more insight into how to explain type to users in a more accessible way.
  • Type practitioners will gain a greater ability to be able to use multiple Type lenses in creating performance development plans.

Following a hosted lunch, Susan will present Motivating Different Types to Learn

  • Understand four different Motivators that can inspire each type to learn.
  • Recognize key signals to help in applying targeted faciliation techniques.
  • Explain the key stressors for each type and explore positive techinques to disarm challenging situations.
  • Identify strategies for increasing your personal resilience.
  • Type practitioners will gain insight into how we might unintentionally stress clients (either as participants in our workshops or when coaching), learn how to recognize the stress response and implement strategies to restore balance rather than exacerbating the stress game.

This presentation is geared for those with an intermediate level of Type knowledge, though all are encouraged to attend.
