Keynote Speaker Kathleen Fraser, RN-BC, MSN, MHA, CCM, CRRN, president of the national Case Management Society of America

 Kathleen "Kathy" Fraser, RN-BC, MSN, MHA, CCM, CRRN, is a  Registered Nurse (of 32 years), a Certified Case Manager, a Certified  Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, and Board Certified in Case  Management with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She holds a  Masters’ Degree in Nursing, and also a Masters’ Degree in Health Care  Administration.

If so, we want you to be a Partner In Case Management Exhibitor at our 8th Annual WMCMA/OMCMG Joint Conference.  

Exhibitor Level Fee - $300.  Includes one 6-foot exhibit table for your company display and admission for two to conference, including meals. If you wish to have more than two people attend for the day including meals, please have them register separately as conference exhibitor attendees for an additional $30/person.

**We have a limited number of tables for charitable nonprofit organizations to exhibit at our event at a 50% discount - $150 registration fee. Must be a 501 c 6 charitable organization to get this rate.**

All exhibits will be in the same large conference space as the conference itself.   Please see the Conference Schedule to the left for details of the day's events. 

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EXHIBITORS.  Payment is due at time of registration either by credit card or commitment to send check payment. 

 Space is limited and we do fill up, so register early to reserve your space!

Giveaways:  Many exhibitors choose to bring a gift or basket as a prize giveaway item and you are welcome to do that.  It is not required.  We will have giveaway announcements during the event on stage where you can bring up your item, take a few seconds to introduce yourself and your company and announce the winner.  Since we will have quite a few giveaways, we ask that you keep your time at the microphone to a minimum so we can get all our exhibitors through who wish to participate in the giveaways. Giveaways will be done during the lunch hour at the conference. 

Cancellation policy:  If you cancel by April 15, 2015, a full refund minus a $20 processing fee will be issued.  No refunds can be given if you cancel after April 15, 2015 or don't show at the event unless you or we can find another exhibitor at the last minute to take that spot.

LODGING INFORMATION:

WMCMA has a block of rooms at the Great Wolf Lodge for both Friday May 3rd and Saturday May 4th at a special rate of $179/night (With taxes and resort fee of $9.99/day comes out to be around $207/night).  These Family Suite rooms easily accomodate 4-6 people and usually start at $249/night so this is a tremendous deal.  Room rate includes up to 6 passes to the water park which can be used from the time of check-in through the end of check-out day. Please keep in mind the following:
  • Reservations must be made by April 10, 2015
  • Call 800-640-WOLF (9653) or reserve online at Great Wolf Lodge and use group code "1505WAME" to get the discounted rate. 
  • Space is limited. Once all the discounted rooms in the block are gone, they are GONE, so reserve early!
  • This discounted code is for exhibitors and conference attendees (and family members who are accompanying attendees) only - please do not share it with others who may want to take advantage of this rate but who are not part of the conference. Space is limited and we need to make sure our attendees have access to these rooms. 
The rooms are large with 2 queen beds and a comfortable sleeper sofa so we encourage you to carpool and share a room with a fellow conference attendee or two if you can - better for the environment and pocketbook.  Better yet, bring your family and kids and enjoy the Great Wolf Lodge before and after the conference for the entire weekend!
