Student Leadership Conference 2020
The Student Board of Directors would like to invite you to the 2020 State Leadership Conference. This year's event will be held in Kissimmee, Florida at the Days Hotel by Wyndham. The event will be March 9 through March 13, 2020. The cost of the conference is $239 per person, including advisors and chaperones, and payment is due to the State Director by February 24, 2020. The cost of the hotel is $109 per night.
To book your hotel rooms the procedure has changed. Please follow the procedure listed below from the hotel.
Reservations are made by ROOMING LIST due on or before Monday January 20, 2020.
A rooming list is required by each individual school in order to assign the attendees' accommodations.
Upon receipt of the individual schools rooming list, an invoice will be returned for payment due on or before Monday February 24, 2020.
This list should be entered into the attached spreadsheet. Please enter the yellow highlighted areas - Last Name, First Name, Advisor Email Address, Advisor Phone Number, Arrival Date, and Departure Date, Room Type (DBL Queen or King). The rooms are $109 per night.

Schools are required to pay for their stay in advance on or before Monday February 24, 2020.
