Driving Directions

Government agencies around Wisconsin are seeking new strategies to sustain and improve services for their customers- the people they serve.  This session truly answers the question: “How do we do more with less?” with a new answer: “Do more, and better”.

This two-day interactive seminar will provide a clearer understanding of how to:

  • Use Lean in a government environment
  • Explore cultural implementation issues of Lean
  • Enhance your personal skills and supervisory effectiveness
  • Create a high-performing organization focused on customer satisfaction
  • Develop higher service and capacity while reducing costs and wastes
  • Increase your ability to identify and solve problems

Half of Day 2 will be dedicated to a hands on Lean simulation that will apply a process through four stages for teams to learn hands-on about the differences between:

  - Poor Process Design
  - Batch processing
  - One piece flow
