Best Practices in Innovation

Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 8:00 AM

Innovation is key to the success of any organization, especially during the ever-shifting environment the last couple of years.  It is a key driver of growth, a necessary factor to stay competitive, and a way for organizations to create and sustain value for their customers and other stakeholders.  And while a recent Wall Street Journal article claims that 9 out of 10 executives rate innovation as important to the success of their organization, only 5 out of 10 of those executives were satisfied with the level of innovation in their organizations primarily because true innovation is difficult to achieve.

The  Wisconsin Center for Performance Excellence —in partnership with the Performance Excellence Network-- is pleased to host an online webinar discussion on Thursday, November 3rd:

“Best Practices in Innovation.”  The discussion will feature four speakers from very different sectors (a small business, a K12 school district, a nonprofit, and a healthcare-related governmental agency) in a “TEDtalk” format, each sharing insights and tools to improve their organization’s performance and create meaningful change that leads to innovation.

We will hear from:

After each speakers’ prepared talk, we’ll have time for Q&A and discussion.

This session is Thursday, November 3rd from 8:00-9:00 CT (optional networking and mingling 7:45-8:00) using Zoom MEETING. Grab your coffee and breakfast, and join us for a rich discussion. Free for PEN/WCPE members; $20 for non-members.

Can’t make it live but interested in the content? Register anyway: all registered attendees get a link to the recording after the session!
