Selecting the right tree for your home is so much more than picking out your favorite tree. Growing a tree that can last for decades requires understanding the microclimate, soil, and a tree’s particular needs. It also requires your own evaluation of what you want to accomplish – shade, privacy, spring color etc. To help you decide Arboretum Co-Director  Jheri Ketcham will also present a list of great trees for the Yakima area.
