The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™ 2018

Vendor Registration

West Park's 9th annual Homecoming Celebration kicks off at noon on Saturday, May 12, and runs until 8 p.m. on Lorain Avenine in the City of Cleveland neighborhood of Kamm's Corners. The Hooley™ is an annual day of live music, festival food, entertainment, and activities for all ages, presented by Kamm's Corners Development Corporation. Lorain Avenue will be closed to traffic from West 165th Street to Rocky River Drive.

Be a part of the fun and showcase your business to 30,000 people from West Park and surrounding communities. There are 5 ways to participate...which one works best for you?

Food Vendor: SOLD OUT
Vendors will bring their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and merchandise. Electric available for an additional fee.

• Single Booth (10 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $350
• Double Booth (20 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $650

Commercial Sales Vendor:
Home Improvement, merchandise sales, pre-packaged food, independent or home based consultant sales. Vendors will bring their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and merchandise. No electric available.

• Single Booth (10 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $225 + $50 late fee = $275
• Double Booth (20 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $400 + $50 late fee = $450

Arts/Crafts/Gifts Vendor: SOLD OUT
All items must be hand-crafted, original designs made by the exhibitor, authentic antiques (no reproductions), original visual art, photography, graphic and fabric art, hand-crafted originals in wood, leather, or metal, hand made pottery, sculptures and ceramics, hand woven baskets, and hand-made jewelry.  Please download application below for details on photo submission of work for approval to participate. See inadmissible work list on application. Vendors will bring their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and merchandise. No electric available.

• Double Booth (20 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $325

Family Area Vendor: SOLD OUT
Vendors will run a family friendly activity in conjunction with business or school promotion. No sales permitted.
Vendors will bring their own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and activity materials. Limited to 15 booths. No electric available.

• Single Booth (10 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $175
• Double Booth (20 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $325

 

Non-Profit Vendor: SOLD OUT
Vendors will bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and signage. Proof of current non-profit status is required. Limited to 10 booths. No electric available.

• Single Booth (10 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $150
• Double Booth (20 feet wide x 10 feet deep): $275

Hold Harmless

I have received and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™. I further understand that participants who do not abide by The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™/City of Cleveland permits and/or requirements will not be permitted to conduct business at The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™ and will be required to leave the premises without a refund. I, for myself, my heirs, and executors, and as authorized representative of the above named business, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages, demands, loss or damage to property or personal injury and agree to hold harmless to the fullest extent allowed by law The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™, the City of Cleveland, Kamm's Corners Development Corporation, event sponsors, affiliate organizations and their affiliated owners for any and all injuries suffered by me, other participants, or customers due to my negligence. I acknowledge that liability insurance is required to be carried by all vendors and by completing the registration I agree I will have insurance in place at the time of The Hooley on Kamm’s Corners™.
