Registration is required. Space is very limited due to CDC guidelines concerning COVID-19.

• Masks will be required for ALL participants as it's an in person event.
• Infusion stations will be set up 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing.
• Washing hands and sanitation will be a priority in the education.
• There will be no more than 10 people present to stay within CDC guidelines.

Due to limited space we are asking that only two from the household register. If there are cancellations we will be able to accommodate others who are wanting to attend. Please let us know if you have any questions.
