Inclusion in the Workplace-Quad Cities

While it’s important not to over-rely on building a diverse, equity-minded workforce, integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion practices into your organization is an important step. This workshop will provide you with training and resources to address the challenges you may face related to implementing inclusion in the workplace.

Speakers will be talking about different cultures and practices of inclusion. Molly will inform the group about LGBTQ+ communities, Waylon will speak about indigenous tribes in Arizona, and Jesse will speak about implementing inclusion in the workplace.
