Dance League Convention (Orlando)

Terms and condidtion

I, undersigned, have the authority to sign this release on behalf of all the Leaguers registered for this convention/competition and all its festivities. I have read and agree to all the rules and regulations of Dance League. Its instructors, staff, location, and host hotel are not liable for any loss/damage of personal property or personal injury of those participating or attending. I also authorize DANCE LEAGUE to use images and/or video of the registered persons for advertising purposes. I acknowledge I have read and shared Dance League’s policies with my dancers and observers. Each Leaguer is aware they may refuse to participate in any activity. Please inform a Staff League Member of any physical limitation one may have. If anyone has any doubts as to their physical abilities, please consult with their physician before participating in the League.  On my own behalf, and behalf of minors, I accept this document voluntarily and of my own free will. By clicking on the "Register Now" button you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions of Dance League LLC.
