Join us for a community health update and help set priorities for the 2023-28 MKE Elevate Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). We'll share results from the Community Health Assessment (CHA), Priority Issue Survey, and Photo Voice. Participants will then help set top priorities for the next CHIP.
