Thanks to our GENEROUS DONORS, we have almost 200 items for purchase in the Silent Auction or in Cash & Carry ($10 and under). There is a wide variety including over 25 gift certificates/cards, tickets, hand crafted items, candy bars, note cards, and many others - so many great deals with opening bids from $7 - $500. Setup 3:00pm - 5:00pm This crew is responsible for taking pictures of the BAC areas for cleanup, put away BAC specific items (and remember the locations they were placed), arrange table cloths, flowers, and silent auction items, set up location for robot demonstration and seating for cooking demonstration. NEED 4
Team Liaison 5:00pm - 5:30pm This crew greets, welcomes, and shows the students participating in the demonstration where to set up. NEED 2
Microphone 5:30pm - 7:30pm He/she who carries a microphone and speaks to the crowd. NEED 2
Registration 5:30pm - 8:00pm The registration crew is responsible to sign in guests and process payments for guests who did not pay in advance. NEED 5
Cash and Carry Table 6:00pm - 8:00pm This crew is responsible for processing payments for cash and carry items. NEED 2
Gather Items/Runners 7:00pm - 8:30pm This crew collects the bid cards, organizes bid cards by winning bid number, then collects all items for each bidder. NEED 2
Check Out 7:30pm - 9:00pm This crew is responsible for totaling silent auction item purchases and processing payment for each bidder. NEED 5
Cleanup 8:00pm - 9:00pm This crew is responsible for packing up all silent auction items that were not purchased, BEST owned items (vases, table cloths, signage, etc.), and verify that all BAC items are put back to the original arrangement. NEED 6
