While we had hoped to return to our in-person legislative gathering in Annapolis, our agenda remains packed with state leaders, legislators and other guests who will provide us with legislative and budget updates of interest to the intellectual and developmental disability community, and a wide angle view of the polticial currents shaping the 2023 legislative session. We look forward to welcoming you all to this annual MACS tradition! Please join in the conversation!
The Maryland Association of Community Services (MACS) is a private nonprofit organization representing over 100 statewide providers of community services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and their families. We are dedicated to strengthening provider agencies to better support people with IDD and do so through advocacy that promotes the highest standards of program excellence; fosters a climate that develops and nurtures a quality workforce; and results in an increased capacity within Maryland communities to support people in inclusive settings.
