Dr. Meyer has a doctorate degree in Organizational Change and Leadership from USC and an MBA from the University of La Verne.

Dr. Meyer is a professor and the Dean of Business Programs at the California University of Business and Technology. 

Dr. Meyer is the President of Meyer and Mintz Consulting, a consulting company for small and medium businesses. Meyer and Mintz Consulting helps business grow strategically through innovation, education, and marketing.
