Karmany is unique because it holds diverse teachers with different lineages and experiences. From musicians, to artists, to counselors; all the teachers provide a unique experience. So this fall, we wanted to offer the community something that is innate withing the walls of Karmany: uniqueness and individuality. 

Just as we all experience the world differently, so do our yoga practices connect with us in different ways. Therefore, your purpose and goals for practice might be vastly different from the yogi on the mat next to you. That's why this fall, we wanted to offer you a chance to harvest your practice. Set your own intention. Declare it. Embrace it. Work within to uproot it from the soil of your mind into reality for 6 weeks. 

Each week, challenge participants will meet on sunday afternoons from 3:30-4:45pm for workshops that will include some physical yoga as well as focus on hemes to help deepen your practice and build community. 2 teachers will lead each workshop, and over the course of 6 weeks, you will have the opportunity to learn from all of our teachers.
