"Butts for the Bowl" 

Planning a Super Bowl party or dinner?  Just feel like eating a delicious meal but not cooking on February 2?  No matter the occasion, the Knights of Columba have you covered.  We are taking orders now for the 2014 "Butts for the Bowl" event.  We are serving up a delicious smoked Boston Butt Pork Roast that will be approximately 8-10lbs each.  It will be cooked to perfection and packaged so all you have to do is heat and serve.  If your dinner is early in the day, you won't even have to heat it up - it will still be warm from the smoker. 

Each order will be packaged in a sealed plastic container, with the roast wrapped in foil inside to hold in all the juices and flavor.  And, each order comes with a choice barbeque sauces:  a sweet/spicy barbeque sauce or a vinegar barbeque sauce.

Orders placed by Sunday, January 26 are $40 each.  Orders placed after the 26th are $45 each, while supplies last.  You can pick up your order from St. Columba's Church between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm on Sunday, February 2.  If you need a later pick up time, just let us know on your order form and we will call you to coordinate a later pick up time for you.
