FAMILY CAMP 2022 • May 27-30
A TROPICAL PARADISE
Come and enjoy three days at a “Tropical Paradise…. Wet, Wild, Wacky and Wonderful!” It will be a relaxing, fun-filled, outdoor experience with your family at Camp Gold Hollow which is located 5 miles north of Nevada City, CA. Camp sits on the shores of scenic Lake Vera and is nestled among the beautiful tall pine trees. Bring your Hawaiian shirt, muumuu, leis, ukulele and sense of adventure!
ACTIVITIES for all ages include: Archery; Canoeing/Swimming; Campfires/Smores; Hula Hoop Contest; Outdoor Cooking; Ukulele Lessons; Hawaiian Luau; Hula Lessons; Arts and Crafts
MEALS: Hearty meals are served family style three times a day in our “Outdoor Covered Cabana.” Arrive Friday after 4:00. The weekend program begins with breakfast Saturday morning and ends after breakfast on Monday.
FEE: If paid by March 1:
ADULTS & TEENS: $100.00
CHILDREN (Ages 2-12): $ 60.00
(Cost covers program plus 3 nights lodging and 7 meals)
After March 1, Adults & Teens: $115 Children: $70
If you must cancel: Full refund (minus PayPal fees) if requested in writing by April 22
Partial refund (50%) if requested by May 13; no refunds after May 13
SLEEPING ARRANGMENTS: Families will be assigned to a kiosk and will sleep on a platform deck under the stars. Cots and mattresses are provided. Each group of kiosks share showers, sinks and toilets. If you are uncomfortable sharing a kiosk, you have the option of pitching your own tent and joining others in our Tahitian Tent Village.
PLANNING FOR A SAFE CAMP: Upon arrival, plan to show, for each participant, either proof of being fully vaccinated or a negative Covid test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival at camp.
JOIN US Memorial Day Weekend for the fun of camping with your family without all the work! Load your sleeping bags and kids into the car, and let us do the rest. We hope to see you at Lake Vera for a memorable weekend!
