This series is designed to promote supportive systems that foster and sustain a sense of value, purpose, and independence for the Person Living with Dementia while offering supportive structures and options to promote safety, back-up plans, and future possibilities. Each session will include people living with various forms of dementia, family members and friends who are seeking to be supportive, and resources as well as service personnel who might be able to bridge gaps, provide options, or offer alternatives to enhance, sustain, or regain some opportunities in the following areas of function:
Session 1 - Getting Around in the Community (9/10)
Session 2 - Making Home Safer and More Forgiving (10/08)
Session 3 - Filling Time with Value and Meaning (11/12)
Session 4 - Managing Health, Wellness, and Planning for the Future (12/3)
