Kirk Ross began his career as an estate planning attorney. But for the last decade, he has applied that background as a planned giving expert in higher education. He has a law degree from Northwestern University, and he is an active member of the bar in Ohio and Florida. He also teaches estate planning at The University of Toledo College of Law. He is a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners, the Toledo Estate Planning Council, the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and the Association of Fund-Raising Professionals.
Whether you are a new fundraising professional or a seasoned veteran, join us for a quick session on financial literacy. Kirk will lead our members and guests through a refresher of finance and literacy terms and will help to ensure we are all better prepared to support donors and prospects as they navigate their philanthropic decisions. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and can submit them prior to the program by January 22 at info@afp.org.
