What is PGES and how does it work for Special Educators 7-24-14

2014-15 starts a new era of determining the effectiveness of educators.  Are you prepared to advocate for your own professional growth as a Special Educator?  This training will provide an overview of the Professional Growth and Effectiveness System (PGES) for Kentucky educators.  Participants will be guided through the Framework for Teaching (FfT) and the Multiple Measures for Evaluation.  Participants will receive a variety of sources for use in advocating for professional growth as a specialized teacher.

CKEC accepts purchase orders, checks, or money orders for payment. CKEC, for auditing purposes, can not accept cash. 

Attendance Policy: If you register to attend a session, but find you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as early as possible. Space is limited and by canceling you will allow others to benefit from these highly qualified professional development opportunities. A fee could be assessed for no shows.

Districts will be notified of those who registered and did not attend or did not cancel prior to be session.
