Description:

Want to explore the basics of getting started with instructional coaching?  This session will explore key components of developing the instructional coaching partnership, ideas for managing your time, getting teachers on board and different ways to support teachers and give feedback.  The second half of the day will be focused on processes that lead to improved student learning and focused instructional targets based on data.
