This is an offering of sound, intuitive movement, restorative yoga and guided meditation honoring this time of year. This workshop is for all levels and all props are provided. We'll use a pilates ball (also provided) to explore restorative and intuitive movements that hydrate the spine and connect us to our fluid bodies.
