For Astellas, science is not only the foundation of our business: it’s our passion. That’s why we’re donating the registration proceeds from the BIO 5K to Science Buddies, a nonprofit that helps students enhance their knowledge in science & technology. We’re also hoping to  spark interest in science locally by asking the hundreds of participants to wear Astellas-provided lab coats during the 5K Run/Walk. Prizes will be awarded to the craziest scientist costume so consider bringing safety goggles, crazy wigs or other props!

We look forward to seeing you in Chicago!
