Spin Mind Body Classes

@The Barn

NEWLY DESIGNED CLASSES!

COMING IN 2017

Are you working on improving your outlook on life? Need exercise motivation? Do you want to learn strategies to make exercise a regular part of your life? If so, these classes are for you!

Amplifying Performance Consulting, a clinical sport psychology practice, is partnering with Donohoe Training to offer “exercise is medicine” classes. These classes will be held at The Barn, a state-of-the-art spin studio and training facility in Carlisle, Massachusetts.  Classes will be limited to ten attendees. The spin classes will take place on Keiser M3 stationery bikes. Each of these bikes has either an SPD clip pedal or can be used with a regular athletic shoe.

The 45-minute spin class will be led by Alison, our certified spin instructor. Alison is trained to inspire a positive mindset while safely modifying a class for all levels of physical fitness. Dara, our Sport Psychology consultant, will conduct the 90-minute mind/body class that follows.
