Exhibiting and Bodyworking Information:

Exhibitors are encouraged to apply early due to the limited amount of spaces alloted per category. RevCon will be located at The Desmond Hotel & Conference Center, in Albany, New York. The stage is set for exhibitors to connect with hundreds of people, seeking health and wellness services and products. Exhibitors will recieve one 6 Table, 2 Chairs and a Table Cover. Exhibitors will also receive 4 complimentary tickets to share with family, friends, and clients. Tickets will be sent by email two weeks prior to the event, to the email address provided during registration.

Reserve your space in our Bodywork Oasis! Each year thousands of attendees enjoy various types of bodywork and energy healing. The Bodywork Oasis is designed to enhance the attendee experience and expose them to different disciplines of bodywork. Bodyworkers should bring a therapy table or chair to perform bodywork services, and are encouraged to bring a small table to display sign up sheets, pamphlets, and business cards (Tables must be the size of a card table, TV tray, or smaller). Bodyworkers will be included in the online list of exhibitors. RevCon welcomes all types of bodywork including massage, acupuncture, reflexology, chiropractic, and energy healing. Bodyworkers may passively request donations by displaying a tip jar or box.

Presenting Information:

With the help of professionals like you, we are able to provide a broad range of topics for event attendees that educate, change lives and lead to a healthier community and world. We are excited that you are interested in joining us in co-creating a day filled with powerful information and intention.

Presentations will be 50 minutes long, including time for Q&A. Workshop presenters must maintain a presence in the exhibition area for attendees to seek additional information. Presentations are intended to create new connections, educate, and spark conversations with attendees about your area of expertise. Presentations are NOT intended for direct selling of products or services. If attendees are interested in purchasing products or services, RevCon management recommends that presenters invite attendees back to their exhibit space. RevCon management also recommends work shop presenters provide a contact sheet for attendees during their presentation. 

Workshop Benefits Include: 

• Time slot for your 50 minute workshop presentation (includes easel with 27 x 34 easel pad and projector (Please note markers and labtops are not provided by event management. Mac users will also need to supply projector cables).
