PIM Young Professionals Volunteer Event at Junior Achievement's JA BizTown 

PIM Young Professionals are invited to volunteer for JA BizTown!  We need 12 volunteers to go to work with students from Green Central Community School, a south Minneapolis school K-8 for a day!

JA BizTown is a 10,000 square foot kid-sized city within Junior Achievement headquarters in Maplewood, MN. Several weeks of classroom learning culminates in a day-long visit to this fully-interactive simulated free market facility where students become adults for a day. By working in one of 15 JA BizTown shops, students learn what it takes to run a successful business, manage a checking account and work as a team. Through daily lessons, hands-on activities, and active participation in this simulated community, students develop a strong understanding of the relationship between what they learn in school and their successful participation in a global economy.
