Science Workshop for Grades 6-8
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to collect evidence of environmental change in Illinois from 500 million years ago to today. Explore Illinois’ underwater past, collect data in ancient swamps, experiment with glaciers, discover how caves form, and more.
This workshop is open to children that have completed grades 6-8. A light snack will be provided.

Cancelation Policy: Program fees will be refunded minus a 25% cancellation fee for cancellations made 5 business days in advance of the program date. A refund minus a 50% cancellation fee will be given for cancellations made less than 5 business days in advance. No refund will be given without advanced notification of cancellation. A full refund will be issued if the Museum cancels the program due to low enrollment.
