Jointly hosted by the Colorado Water Innovation Cluster and Colorado Clean Energy Cluster, you are invited you to attend the

Water | Energy Nexus Workshop

Action Oriented: This workshop will go beyond discussing the issues at the intersection of Colorado’s energy and water supply to developing actionable demonstration and economic development projects in this space.  This OUTCOME FOCUSED event is aimed to accelerate the implementation of Water|Energy innovations in Colorado for replication globally.

Colorado Water Innovation Cluster and Colorado Clean Energy Cluster: Both are 501 c(3) non-profits with an economic development mission, focused on developing high-profile projects that showcase and grow the capabilities of Colorado’s clean tech sector through a collaborative action-oriented platform.  Projects which have come out of the clusters include FortZED (Fort Collins Zero Energy District) and the Water Innovation Network.

Our Vision: In both Clusters, we believe that Colorado can lead in this space. The intersection of energy and water, the Water|Energy Nexus  includes a host of issues and opportunities that are critical to the long-term economic and environmental sustainability of these mutually dependent resources.

Come Hungry: Sponsored by Schneider Electric and Sample & Bailey, an OPTIONAL Networking Lunch will begin at noon. Workshop begins after lunch at 1:00pm.  Please note that the networking lunch will take the place of introductions during the workshop, so we can jump into action quicker.

Who will be attending: People seeking to advance projects in the Water-Energy space, those who can push those projects forward, Economic Health professionals and Colorado water innovators.

Survey to come: To help make the workshop as productive as possible, after you rsvp, you will receive a brief survey to complete before the workshop. The survey will gather information to build a foundation around attendees’ expertise, areas of interest, and existing areas of project momentum.  Survey results, including short bios will be emailed to attendees before the workshop to help with the networking during the optional networking lunch and quicker traction during the workshop.

We look forward to seeing you,
