Summary:

In a recent survey, one-third of workers reported they had been offended by someone of a different generation at work. At least 33% of those in your office have been insulted, hurt or upset by a remark, a joke, an outfit or an attitude. For the first time in history, four generations—Traditionalists, Baby Boomers, Generation X (or Gen Xers), and Millennials—are working together under the same roof. A definite lack of awareness exists among these four distinct groups. Typically, those of each generation feel they know best—better than those who came earlier, and certainly much better than the new kids on the block. This leads to management challenges, disruption and productivity issues.

Managing Generations in the Workplace is the perfect tool to bridge those gaps, building awareness that will lead to better hires, happier employees, stronger teams, and healthier organizations. It helps participants understand what makes each generation unique, and how each adds its own perspective and value to the workplace.

ONLINE REGISTRATION closes Wednesday, February 20, 2013 (5PM CST) so register today as prices go up after this date as well (pending seats available).
