I Heart Me: The Science of Self-Love (3-Day intensive) 

The more I work with people on a group and individual basis, the more I see how self-love (or a lack of it) causes so many of the emotional and physical problems in our lives. This workshop is all about learning to see yourself for who you really are and dispensing with the picture you've learned.

You will learn tools and strategies for building a better self-image and also for ending self-critisicm. You will also gain a picture of where you are and how a lack of self-love affects different areas of your life, and create a plan for increasing self-love in each area.

Many people assume self-love is just about shouting out how great we are. While self-love is about acknowledging our strengths and talents, it is also much, much more.

Self-love is about having self-respect
It is about being authentically YOU, not what you think others expect you to be
It is being less concerned with what people think of you 
It is about standing up for yourself
It's about being paid what you're worth
It's about being kind to yourself
It's about expressing yourself
....and more 

As your self-love grows, so too does happiness, inner confidence, self-expression, and personal effectiveness.

The location is Bridge of Allan, in central Scotland, approximately 3 kilometres from Stirling and easily accessible from both Edinburgh and Glasgow airports. If you're travelling you might consider staying an extra day or two to take in the sights of William Wallace's monument (Braveheart - the statue inside actually looks like Mel Gibson. Lol) and Stirling Castle.

The price of the workshop is £240 (this includes teas, coffees, and lunches during the workshop).

(Please note that the price does NOT include accomodation. There are lots of reasonably priced hotels and B&Bs in Bridge of Allan)
