This introduction to equine biosecurity will focus on understanding infectious threats and best practices to prevent your horse from catching and spreading contagious diseases. (Presented by Dr. Abby Sage - Staff Veterinarian - VA Dept. of Ag.)

Join us for the first of two TEVA Summer Seminars - Thursday, July 6, 2017 - at the Morven Park Equestrian Center indoor arena. Refreshments will include picnic fare with grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. Dr. Jay will be conducting a live demonstration of a gastroscopy procedure with a discussion about gastric ulcers, followed by  Dr. Abby Sage presenting an introduction to equine biosecurity.
