The 2015 Officers and Board of Directors of TABA invite you to join us in Addison, Texas for the "2015 Fall Conference and Membership Meeting".  We look forward to making this another learning and networking opportunity for our members, associates and Exhibitors.  Attending TABA's conference presents a great value and an excellent opportunity to meet industry experts, see the latest technologies,  and meet and network with TPA's that do business in Texas.

Hotel 

The Crowne Plaza Hotel is conveniently located near the Dallas Galleria, in Addison, Texas just north of Dallas.  There are more than 170 restaurants in the immediate area surrounding the hotel.  The Addison Regional Airport is 5 minutes away and DFW (DFW) and Love Field (DAL) are about 15 minutes away.  The hotel has an on-site restaurant and a lounge just off the lobby.  For more information about the Hotel and its amenities, use the hotel web link.  The address for the hotel is to the left and the hotel logo is linked to the hotel registration webpage for the conference.  The single room rate is $139.00 and that rate is guaranteed until August 24th.  Be sure to make your room reservation early.

Exhibitors Space & Registration

Exhibitor space will be around the perimeter of the conference meeting room.   Each exhibitor will have a 6' table top exhibit space.  Booth space will be assigned in the order registrations are received.

All Exhibitors will be sent an electronic copy of all conference attendees with their contact information after the conference.  There will also be a listing of registrants in the conference notebook that is on the flash drive you will receive when you check in at the conference.  Pricing for exhibit space is as follows:

TABA Member - $975.00 (includes one conference registration)

Non-Member - $1600.00 ( includes one conference registration)

Additional registrants are $295.00 each

 Exhibitors are included in all activities, meetings, golf, and the reception and dinner on Monday evening.  The cost for the dinner is included in your registration fee.  It is a social event for additional networking opportunities.

Golf

There will be reserved tee times for those who want to play golf on Monday morning.   The Coyote Ridge Golf Club is located in Carrollton at 1640 Hebron Pkwy W.  There will be prizes  and you can register and pay for golf on the registration page when you register for the conference.

There are golf sponsorships available,  as well as tee box signs for your company's name that you can purchase.  Pricing is on the sponsorship registration page.

Sponsorships

We have sponsorships available.  We appreciate our sponsor’s help.  You are an integral part of our conference and we couldn’t do it with you!  There is a document attached that lists the sponsorship levels, so you can look at the pricing and what is included with the sponsorship before you register.  You can register for a sponsorship on the same page that you register for the conference, or you can contact Phyllis Campbell about sponsoring.  Her contact info is on the left.  If your sponsorship includes a free registration, select "Sponsorship Only" in the registration section and the appropriate sponsorship below.

On Monday evening we will have a dinner immediately following the reception for all attendees and exhibitors.  It is included in the registration fee.  It will be in the conference hotel.  The event will be social and part of your networking time with the attendees.

After you register to attend (the link is below for online registration) we need two things from you.

1)  Please submit a one paragraph description of your company for the Conference Notebook.  Please include contact information and website.  You may includes a small logo (not necessary if you sent one last spring).

2)  Please download the "ExhibitorsPacket".  It has the Contract and Service Agreement in it.  Please complete them and return it by email or mail.  Please note that your exhibit space is not reserved until you return the contract and payment.  Send all completed forms to TABA.  The contact information is listed in the left column.
