The 2018 Officers and Board of Directors of TABA invite you to join us in San Antonio for the "2018 Fall Conference and Membership Meeting ."   We look forward to making this another learning and networking opportunity for our members and associates.  

Hotel

Rising above its stunning surroundings, the Four Diamond Omni San Antonio Hotel at the Colonnade captures the essence of the city with impeccable service and charm. Overlooking the rolling Texas Hill Country, the 19-story high-rise is close to the area’s most exciting attractions including the historic Alamo, SeaWorldŽ San Antonio and the enchanting River Walk.  The  Omni Colonnade Hotel is 8 miles from the San Antonio Airport and 12 miles to the River Walk.

The TABA room rate for the conference is $129.00 and the room block pricing is good until September 28th. Be sure to make your room reservation early, the room rate will not be guaranteed after that date.  The Hotel logo in the left column is a link to the hotel reservation page.

Exhibitors Space

Exhibitors will be in the main conference meeting room around the perimeter of the room.  Each exhibitor will have a 6' table top exhibit space.  Booth space will be assigned in the order registrations are received.  There is link on the left for the Exhibitors Contract and Hotel Rental & ShippingForm.  Please download the forms, complete and sign it and return the Contract to TABA & rental/shipping orm to the hotel. You will also need to register.  The registration link is below.

All Exhibitors will be sent an electronic copy of all conference attendees with their contact information after the conferece.  There will also be a listing of all registrants in the conferece notebook that is on the flash drive you will receive when you check in at the conference.

After receipt of your registration and Exhibitor Contract, you will receive an exhibitor packet with additional information about the conference.

Registration

Conference registration rates are listed below.  There is a discounted rate for additional registrants from the same company.  Your dues must be current to register at the “Member rate”.  Contact Phyllis Campbell if you are not sure about the status of your dues.   Late fees apply to registration fees after Monday, October 15th.

Golf

There will be reserved tee times for those who want to play golf on Monday morning. There will be prizes and you can register and pay for golf on the online registration page when you register for the conference.  Tee times begin at 7:30. There will be more information about the course later. 

There are special golf sponsorships available, as well as tee box signs for your company's name that you can purchase.  Pricing is on the sponsorship registration page.

Sponsorships

We have sponsorships available.  We appreciate the support of our Industry Partners.  You are an integral part of our conference and we couldn’t do it without you!  There is a link on the left to the sponsorship levels and what is included with the sponsorship.  You can register for a sponsorship on the same page that you register for the conference, or you can contact  Phyllis Campbell about sponsoring.   If your sponsorship includes a free registration, select "Sponsorship Only" in the registration section and the appropriate sponsorship below.

Silent Auction

We will have a Silent Auction at the Conference to benefit our PAC Fund.  If you have an item or service you would like to donate to the Silent Auction, please contact Phyllis Campbell or Denise Villagran.  Please support the auction at the conference.  If you cannot attend you can make a contribution directly to the PAC Fund.  Mail any contributions to the TABA office.  No corporate checks please.

We will be making contributions to Texas Legislators/Candidates that have shown support of the health care insurance industry issues and that support pro-business and pro-employer's legislation in Texas.
