Cooking with Colours SHC 2017 - Red

This class is geared for a parent and up to two children ages 4-9. Children will develop their cooking skills to prepare a recipe(s) highlighting ingredients of a different colour. In June, Red is the feature colour. Encouraging children to eat more fruit & vegetables, learn nutrition by colours and develop culinary skills at a young age.
