Helping the One you Love Workshop 

If you are close to someone who has been sexually assaulted/abused, THIS IS FOR YOU!
This 4 -week workshop will cover :

• Myths and realities of Sexual Assault 
• Effects of trauma in primary and secondary survivors 
• How to better support love ones 
• Coping with personal emotions and feelings 
• Support each other in a group setting
