In the last five years, Greg has been honored to speak to and work with over 70,000 health care professionals and leaders.
A respected, highly-rated speaker and coach, Greg’s approach combines down-to-earth enthusiasm and knowledge, with practical solutions to the challenges facing health care. His on-the-job understanding of the tools and tactics that impact patients’ perception of care help the leaders he coaches connect. Audiences also connect with his engaging, high energy style and his message about the mission we serve and the practical tools that work. Back at the work place, the tangible take-aways and tips allow participants to put words into action.
Ali Hall (JD) is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT) and an independent consultant and trainer. Ali has designed and facilitated over two hundred Motivational Interviewing workshops for behavioral health clinicians, psychologists, psychiatrists, program administrators, educators, social and child welfare workers, health care providers, health coaches, and criminal / juvenile justice professionals, and provides training for trainers in evidence-based practices. Ali is a training associate for the Michigan-based, Center for Strength-Based Strategies as well as the Behavioral Healthcare Institute of the University of North Carolina School of Social Work.. She provides MI coding and skill development coaching, and provides consultation to systems for effective MI implementation. Ali spent her undergraduate years at Occidental College in Los Angeles, and completed her graduate studies at the School of Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University as well as the Cornell University School of Law.
