Voting at the Annual Gathering
Here is a list of those with voting privileges:
Designated Lay Delegates & Youth Delegate - Each church is allowed three (3) delegates - with one (1) being a youth delegate under the age of 22 years old.
Authorized Clergy with Standing in the Michigan Conference (if you are serving a local church, you do not count as a lay delegate for your church.)
Retired Clergy with Standing in the Michigan Conference
Member - Michigan Conference UCC Board of Directors
Presiding Association Officer

Quorum:
Seventy-five (75) persons present at any meeting and entitled to vote shall constitute a quorum, provided that churches from a majority of the Associations are represented.
