Thomas Volk is an expert on Islam at the Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Berlin. He has been involved in interfaith Christian-Jewish-Muslim dialogue in Germany and has a deep knowledge of the German Muslim communities. He is fluent in Turkish and English.
In his talk he will address the Islamic organizations in Germany, current data, ideological orientation, and historical developments, as well as current challenges for societies hoping to integrate Muslims.
