(1) unregistered domestic partners;
(2) registered domestic partners; and
(3) same-sex spouses.
• Wisconsin income tax for health coverage benefits for same-sex spouses.
• The inclusion of same-sex spouses in risk assessments and in determining a new premiums for health care costs.
