Sprouts are emerging from the fertile dark; rooting, longing, and reaching. In the wellsprings of the holy waters of life, discover the essence of fluidity, wholeness and love. Love, profoundly receptive and dynamically expressive, is the underlying context for all of our explorations. 

WHAT WILL WE DO?

We explore in a dynamic, multi-faceted movement range that is profoundly subtle and deliciously wild. We attune to the inherent expressivity of spring - the season of flowering in exuberant exploratory play. Grief and joy, healing and creativity, can be met anew. 

In meditative sensuous listening, we are guided by the intelligence of the living matrix. Gently, an emergence—a new movement is springing forth—a surprising insight that is fresh, yet ancient and wise.

Our capacity for love is rooted in the heart of creation and flowers in the wellsprings of human imagination. Eros, the primal energy of connection, call us to become part of a soulful renewal in the ongoing creation of life in our shared world.

Format
Each day we will have two Zoom sessions. There will be inspirational talks, experiential instructions. Susan or Rebecca will guide meditative, perceptual explorations, and an extended Continuum dive (no need to look at a screen.) There will be time for questions and answers to refine the process of our soulful inquiry and for sharing our experiences. We will also make use of breakout rooms for paired exercises.

This Intensive is for those new to Continuum as well as those with decades of experience.

What do I need to take an online class? 
We will use a platform called Zoom. You’ll need a computer, ipad or iphone, and a good internet connection

• Download the latest Zoom app: https://zoom.us/download. It is painless, fast, and free.
• If you have a computer, choose that over the iPad or iPhone, not only will the sound be better but also you can interact more and see more of others.
• For better sound quality, connect to an external speaker.

How do I join online?
You will receive a confirmation email after you pay for the retreat. The Zoom information will be emailed to you closer in time to the retreat. Please do not share this link and Zoom information with anyone else since we want to ensure that the people who are registering for the class will be able to attend.
