SOCHE has teamed up with TED to be an official partner in the effort to further engage college students in local and global issues that directly affect them!
SOCHE is hosting a LIVE stream of TEDxWomen. We invite students from across the region to join us on December 5th at Wright State University for a day of learning and inspiration.
TEDxWomen 2013 will celebrate invention in all its forms. Not just technology and things, but also solutions to poverty; approaches to peacemaking; expressions of art, and, at times, our own lives. Some of the questions we're asking: How does geography impact innovation? How do new technologies shape our lives? How do great ideas take flight? How can meaningful change be imagined, fostered, and scaled?
Please join us for the entire day or as much as your schedule permits. If you are able to attend during the calls to action portion of the event, lunch will be provided. In the meantime, if you have any questions, contact Kimberly Federle or Mary Kate House at SOCHE, 937.258.8890.
