Ann-Marie Jenkins from Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is offering a developmental training session to those who work with front line agencies. This session will highlight many of the benefits, credits and services that are available. Attending this session will enable you to have a better understanding of the resources available to your clients and in assisting them to access these benefits and services.

The session will focus on:
· Overview of tax filing, benefits and credits
· Eligibility and applications
· Online Services
· Identification and protecting yourself from scams
· Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP)
· Contacting CRA and referrals to other departments
