Speakers include Dr. Luciana Borio from the White House National Security Council staff, Sally Phillips from HHS, Linda Langston from the National Association of Counties, as well as Drs. Tom Inglesby, Eric Toner, Monica Schoch-Spana from the Center for Health Security.
