Cybersecurity for Small Business: Risks, Responsibilities, and Resources- Norway

Did you know that 50 percent of all cyber attacks are targeted at small businesses? 

In this workshop, you will learn cybersecurity threats to business today and how to minimize your risk. The conversation will cover hacker strategies, common mistakes, oversights that can cause vulnerabilities, and relevant cyber incidents.  Cybersecurity can seem complicated at first, but our presentation simplifies the conversation using straight talk, not tech talk. 

In this workshop, we will:

  • Discuss the motives and methods of cybercriminals today

  • Discuss the potential effects of a cyber incident or breach on a business

  • Review the details and importance of Technology Use Policies and Incident Response plans

  • Discuss how to build a culture of cybersecurity defenders in your organization

  • Review tools available to help protect your company and employees.

Your Presenter
