The CVM Teaching Academy invites you to attend our Summer Book Club Series:

How can we help students to make connections that build comprehension?

Join us at 1-2 pm on Thursday, 2nd June, to discuss ways we can build comprehension of material being learned by asking students to connect and organize information in meaningful ways. We will be discussing the research base and brief, practical strategies for connecting by drawing on Small Teaching: Everyday Lessons from the Science of Learning. Feel free to read the introduction to Part II Understanding & Chapter 4: Connecting in advance.

We look forward to seeing you!
