Join us as we spend the next eight weeks focusing on our overall wellness. Each week we will dive into an area that we can work on right now to boost our own health and immune system. What we have learned from the COVID pandemic is that our immune system is our biggest defense so let's start working on this today! We will be discussing topics like sleep, nutrition, detoxification, exercise and the role of immune boosting supplements. This will be a great way to connect and stay positive while focusing on our health!

Joining me on this journey is our very own Heidi Appling! Heidi comes to us with a wealth of knowledge. She is actually a pharmacist that felt a calling to help people achieve their wellness goals so went on to become a certififed integrative health coach as well as a personal trainer. She has so much depth that will reach us all!
Normally this program would cost around $300 but we are going to offer this as a donation based class. We don't want anyone left out so as a community service we are offering several options.
If you can afford to help us pay our base costs then please do so but if you are excited about working on your life and the finances are just not there then sign up for a reduced amount or choose the FREE option! There really is no excuse to not join us so please do!!
