Tell Me Something I Don’t Know….

Have you ever hit a brain stopper during your inspection?  You know the feeling, you’re going along through your inspection and find that one thing that makes you stop right in your tracks.  Like maybe a bathtub hanging from the rafters in the attic?  It’s usually when the client is standing right over you when you really want to pull out your smart phone and Google it.  Well, we’ve put a collection of these brain stoppers together from throughout our membership base and turned it into a seminar!  An interactive seminar at that!

The speakers will mostly be you, the attendees!  The sessions will be moderated by Chapter President Ernest Borsellino and Immediate Past President Kevin Vargo but most of the material will come from you.  We will be providing slides of unusual findings during a home inspection.  Some will be in old houses, some will be in new houses.  We will discuss what these items are, what we learned from them based on what we discovered during the home inspection, and how to relay this information to our clients in our reports.  This seminar will be interactive, so if you have that picture of something you’re not sure of, send it to us!  We will have a room full of inspectors to discuss it with and who knows, we may even get 2 or 3 of them to agree!  If you would like to contribute to the seminar, please send your pictures and a description to Ernie at gsashipresident@gmail.com.

Come join us on March 29, 2018 at 2PM at the Westwood in Garwood, NJ.  Registration will begin at 1:30. Our Affiliate Members and other vendors will be on hand and there will be ample time to talk with them.  A hot buffet dinner will be provided and is included with your registration fee of $95.00!  This seminar is approved for 6 NJ PDH’s and 6 ASHI CEU’s.
