The Market Research 101 Workshop with PPL Business & Government Team Leader Will Bandoma will show you how to find in depth information to help you launch or grow your business. This workshop is all about the Reference USA online research tool (accessible with your PPL card).

Please bring your laptop to this workshop, so you'll have the option to use the research tool onsite. 

At the end of this workshop, participants will be able to apply key business research concepts to their business, including: 

• Determining who your competition is (e.g. number of employees, annual sales, management team, etc.)
• Find out consumer spending specific to a geographic location 
• Download your search results
• Conduct in-depth market research via reports not freely available on the internet
• Read full-text trade
