Keynote Speaker:   Peggy Martin, Family Advocate

For more than 14 years, Peggy has served as the Family Advocate for the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD). Communicating the needs of families to policy makers is a key focus of her role. Peggy created and chairs the statewide Family Advisory Council, which reaches thousands of family members in over half the counties in Ohio. As a dedicated parent advocate for her own daughter, Peggy Martin brings valuable, personal insight into a successful career of helping families access services in Ohio.
