A Free 6 week lecture series to help you deal with stress.

WHEN?

Starting Wednesday 22nd of October 2014 at 6.00 PM and running weekly up to Wednesday the 26th of November. 

This course is free for anyone who wants to learn how to deal with stress, and to learn better ways to cope.
